		<description>I know you posted this a while ago, but I just wanted to point out that, in System Preferences (Keyboard &amp; Mouse on a Macbook, Trackpad on a MBP), there is an option to treat a click with two fingers on the touchpad as a right-click.  I always enable it, because ctrl-clicking annoys me too.</description>

		<description>You can operate one with the lid closed _Only if_ you have a mouse, keyboard, and monitor plugged in before you close the lid.  I&#039;ve done this a couple times with my macbook, and it seems to work.  It&#039;s a bit tricky to get working right though :/</description>
